Free rewrite rounds until the report shows * under 20%

On the HumanPen product page, the commitment is concrete: you pay for words actually rewritten; if a re-check still shows 20% or higher, import the new Turnitin or iThenticate report and remaining flagged passages are rewritten for free until the report shows * under 20%. That is a billing and workflow promise about free rounds on still-flagged spans—not a promise that any detector will “pass” you forever.

This note explains free-rounds-until-under-20 as product wording. Distinct from import-report-rewrite-flagged-only and freeze-citations-numbers-formulas. No score guarantees.

Operational meaning

1. Import the first AI writing report; rewrite only flagged continuous prose (paid on rewritten words).
2. Re-check on your school’s Turnitin / iThenticate surface; download the new full export.
3. If the new report still shows ≥20%, re-import that report into HumanPen.
4. Run free rewrite rounds on the remaining flagged continuous-prose spans only—citations, numbers, formulas, and layout stay—until the imported report shows * under 20%.

What this is not

• Not a guarantee the detector will pass, clear you, or that * under 20% is a misconduct verdict.
• Not unlimited free rewriting of unflagged or whole-document text.
• Not “undetectable,” bypass, or a substitute for course integrity.
